They booked me in for an engineer visit to deal with the issues I was having with our old alarm system. They confirmed the appointment in writing and even managed to fit me in sooner due to ongoing issues I was having. On the day the engineer called me to say he was about 45 minutes away and on arrival dealt with the issue quickly.
