They were both very professional and a pleasure to deal with.
Their knowledge of the products was 100% perfect and recommended the perfect systems for us.

I have returned to Protek to install a new system within my own property. And once again they did not disappoint.
Graham was great for advice and positioning of the system.
The two lads that installed the system Harrison and Ben were great, very professional and knowledgeable . They were very respectful of the property and left everything tidy and clean.

They booked me in for an engineer visit to deal with the issues I was having with our old alarm system. They confirmed the appointment in writing and even managed to fit me in sooner due to ongoing issues I was having. On the day the engineer called me to say he was about 45 minutes away and on arrival dealt with the issue quickly. Overall I was very impressed with the service and I won’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

We had never heard of this company but having taken over a property with alarms and cctv previously installed by them we though it would be easiest to go to them for an explanation about how it all worked.  We are glad we did, 2 engineers came out and set us up on the systems and explained it clearly. Also serviced all equipment at the same time.
