They booked me in for an engineer visit to deal with the issues I was having with our old alarm system. They confirmed the appointment in writing and even managed to fit me in sooner due to ongoing issues I was having. On the day the engineer called me to say he was about 45 minutes away and on arrival dealt with the issue quickly. Overall I was very impressed with the service and I won’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

We had never heard of this company but having taken over a property with alarms and cctv previously installed by them we though it would be easiest to go to them for an explanation about how it all worked. After ringing around to get our old alarm system updated, this company was the only one who actually came round to our property to meet with us and explain our options. This is a wonderful company who actually care about their customers.  The service they provide is second to none.
