Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have had a new alarm and CCTV fitted by Protek, Graham and lewis have done a fantastic job.
They were both very professional and a pleasure to deal with.
Their knowledge of the products was 100% perfect and recommended the perfect systems for us.
All the best guys and keep up the good work.

I have returned to Protek to install a new system within my own property. And once again they did not disappoint.
Graham was great for advice and positioning of the system.
The two lads that installed the system Harrison and Ben were great, very professional and knowledgeable . They were very respectful of the property and left everything tidy and clean.
100% excellent service from start to finish, I would recommend Protek anytime.
You have a great future,
All the best
Mark.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I dealt with both Hannah and Graham on the phone, both were super helpful and offered me advice over the phone. They booked me in for an engineer visit to deal with the issues I was having with our old alarm system. They confirmed the appointment in writing and even managed to fit me in sooner due to ongoing issues I was having. On the day the engineer called me to say he was about 45 minutes away and on arrival dealt with the issue quickly. Overall I was very impressed with the service and I won’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had never heard of this company but having taken over a property with alarms and cctv previously installed by them we though it would be easiest to go to them for an explanation about how it all worked. We are glad we did, 2 engineers came out and set us up on the systems and explained it clearly. Also serviced all equipment at the same time.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Protek Security installed the door access system at our new Southampton office and have been back since to extend the system and service it. Graham and Hannah have provided fantastic customer service and are swift to visit or answer queries, if required. A great independent family run business that we would highly recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What a great company Protek Security are. After ringing around to get our old alarm system updated, this company was the only one who actually came round to our property to meet with us and explain our options. This is a wonderful company who actually care about their customers. The service they provide is second to none. Thank you Graham, Hannah & Lewis for such a superb service not to mention keeping the yearly service fee the same price in these financially trying times. The lovely gift we received this year for being a loyal customer was unexpected and a wonderful surprise. Whether you are a home owner or a large company that needs a little or a lot of security then this is the company to choose. They are reliable, courteous and professional who put their customers first.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The service from Protek was excellent. Hannah called back promptly to make an appointment on my earliest convenience. The engineers were also brilliant, patiently explaining the issue with my current alarm and getting it sorted in no time.
